At ScrubTech USA, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from www.scrubtechusa.com.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to: United States only. (No international shipping at this time.)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Free Standard Shipping.
  • No hidden fees: Any shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend & holiday orders: Processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or carrier issues.

6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
  • Carrier selection is based on service availability and package size/weight.

7. Order Tracking

We do not host a tracking page on our site. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number. Use that tracking number on the carrier's website to check status and estimated delivery.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If delayed beyond estimates, contact us at support@scrubtechusa.com or (831) 206-4937.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, verify the shipping address and check with neighbors/building management, then contact us for assistance.

8.2 Damaged Packages

  • If a package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days at support@scrubtechusa.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Missing Items

  • Report missing items within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and details of the missing item(s).
  • We will investigate and either send missing items or issue a refund.

10. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or not as described; in those cases we cover return shipping.
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item; refunds issued to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

  • Ensure shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

12. International Customs & Duties

We currently do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is offered in the future, duties, taxes, and customs responsibilities will be outlined at that time.
